Your mission
Join us as a Testing Engineer and help shape the future of NN.
In this role, you’ll actively contribute to the success of both the team and the company by engaging in developing and implementing automated testing solutions for our software applications.
What will you do?
Design and Develop Testing Automation Solutions:

• Design, develop and maintain automated test solutions to improve testing efficiency, accuracy, and delivery speed
• Implement and evolve automation frameworks supporting functional, regression, and performance testing
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts for new functionalities and bug fixes
• Design test scenarios covering business and technical use cases
  

Execute, Report & Quality

• Execute automated regression tests for each release and analyze results.
• Generate and maintain test execution reports and metrics
• Identify, document, and report defects with clear evidence, logs and reproduction steps
• Ensure proper version control and configuration management of test assets and environments
  

Collaborate & Continuous Improvement

• Collaborate closely with developers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and stakeholders to ensure requirements are fully validated
• Proactively identify opportunities where automation can improve processes and workflows
• Work with Infrastructure / Application Support teams to maintain automated build verification and test execution
• Perform manual testing when required, to support overall quality goals
  

Conduct Manual Testing:

• In addition to developing and executing automated test scripts, conduct manual testing as required.
  

Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends and Technologies:

• Maintain awareness of the latest industry trends and technologies pertinent to automation engineering, continuously enhancing skills and knowledge
  

What will you bring?

• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and automation principles
• Experience with programming languages, including Java, .NET, VBScripting.
• Experience with test automation frameworks or tools, such as: Selenium, RestAssured UFT One, UFT Mobile, JMeter / LoadRunner
• Experience in test execution analysis, metrics collection, and reporting
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
• Advanced English (written and spoken)
• Communicate with clarity, empathy, and impact
• Thrive in collaborative environments and lifts others up
• Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and take action

The monthly salary range for the role is between 15,435 and 22,050 RON gross. The salary range showcased is only indicative. The final benefits package will be agreed upon during final negotiations with each candidate, by considering different criteria, such as the experience and skills level. Therefore, the finally agreed salary will stay confidential, as per the applicable law and we reserve the right to apply adjustments to the offer at any time during the hiring process.
