Test Engineer

The Opportunity
You will own the full testing lifecycle in a quality-driven, Agile/DevOps environment where you don’t just execute tests- you shape strategies, improve processes, and directly influence product excellence.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Define test cases according to business and technical requirements an contribute to successful delivery of projects and enhancements
• Run test campaignes and report issues adequately. These campaignes include system integration testing, acceptance testing, operational acceptance testing (performance, maintainability, security.
• Work with the application development and support teams in order to solve issues that arise in test or production environments.
• Apply strictly defined testing procedures, and also develop and maintain them when needed
• Actively support and participate in the implementation of Agile, DevOps and continuous integration processes
  

Who Are We Looking For
We look for big thinkers. People who can drive positive change, step up and show what’s next – people with passion, can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and grow. In practice this means:

• You've got substantial knowledge in test automation tools & frameworks and understands the benefits of automation testing
• Ability to read and use development languages: (.Net, PowerShell , JAVA and PL/SQL) would be considered as an advantage;
• Motivation and passion for Unix/Linux environment and ability to use on frequent bases SoapUI/and or Postman
• Excellent understanding or experience in Agile, Dev-Ops and continuous integration
• Experience in using test management/tracking tools (JIRA, xRay, ...)
• 2-5 years' experience in testing and software development
• Excellent communication skills and at least C1 level in English
• ISTQB foundation certification
