About the Job Role

JOB RESPONSABILITIES:

• Develops, implements, and maintains testing systems for ICT, FCT, EOL, HiPot, and Aging processes.

• Collaborates with design and production teams to define testing requirements and strategies.

• Analyzes test results and identifies root causes of failures, proposing corrective actions.

• Provides support for integrating testing equipment into production lines and ensures smooth operation.

• Maintains and calibrates testing devices, instruments, and software tools.

• Documents testing procedures, results, and improvements in a structured and traceable manner.

• Ensures compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards during all testing activities.

• Knowledge of Aging test systems and reliability testing.

• Solid understanding of electronics, electronic schematics, and troubleshooting techniques.

• Skills in test software development (LabVIEW, TestStand, C/C++, Python – as applicable).

• Proven knowledge in cybersecurity to support secure product development.

• Familiarity with CAN/LIN protocols for communication in embedded systems.

• Experience in Flying Probe programming is considered a significant advantage.

• Documentation updates: maintaining an up-to-date and well-organized archive of drawings and technical documents.

• Collaborates with the team to ensure the accuracy of procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role

Intermediate to advanced English proficiency
