As a
Test Manager - Telecom you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of telecommunications systems, particularly focusing on SDL, SDM, and IMS (fixed & mobile) environments. You will lead testing activities, manage diverse teams, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
Your role:

• Reviewing and assessing project deliverables to identify the correct test approach for telecommunications systems;
• Creating, managing, and executing comprehensive test strategies across projects, particularly for Nokia environments;
• Leading and managing both internal and third-party teams, onshore and offshore, fostering collaborative relationships;
• Ensuring requirements traceability is properly maintained within test management tools like JIRA;
• Providing detailed test progress reports during planning and execution phases;
• Managing and tracking defects throughout the testing lifecycle;
• Overseeing test quality and implementing quality assurance measures;
• Monitoring and controlling test schedules, making adjustments when necessary to meet project timelines.
  

Your Profile:

• 3+ years of proven experience as a Test Manager, with specific expertise in SDL, SDM, and IMS (fixed & mobile) environments, preferably on Nokia projects;
• Strong leadership abilities with demonstrated experience managing diverse teams and driving collaborative working relationships with multiple domain stakeholders;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences;
• Proficiency in test management tools such as JIRA and experience with requirements traceability methodologies;
• Experience in creating and implementing test strategies for complex telecommunications systems;
• Ability to manage test quality, track defects, and provide comprehensive progress reporting;
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a focus on quality assurance.
