We’re looking for a passionate Manual Tester to ensure the quality and reliability of our solutions.

What will you do?

• Define complete and accurate test scenarios based on functional specifications.
• Perform thorough testing of new functionalities, identify and report bugs.
• Monitor and ensure timely bug fixes.
• Estimate, prioritize, and plan testing activities.
• Create well-structured test plans and gather business feedback when needed.
• Validate fixes after deployment to production.

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in manual testing (preferably transactional applications).
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology.
• Knowledge of MS Office (Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word), Jira, Confluence.
• Advanced English (written and spoken).
• Flexibility to occasionally work on weekends when required.
• Strong organizational skills, teamwork, motivation, and proactivity.
• Logical and analytical thinking, attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal information.
• Passion for learning and development, open mindset.

Nice to have:

• Understanding of banking products.
• A sense of humor – it helps us work better and connect as a team!
