Testing Analyst is responsible for supporting business teams to plan, design and execute software testing activities during UAT. This role produces test plans, reports, progress updates and keeps the testing documentation up to date. Provides coaching to junior testers, manages defect resolution, escalates project risks when necessary.
Key Responsibilities

• Working as part of project and testing teams for UAT;
• Support business users to design Test cases based on Use Cases and project documentation;
• Support business to execute Test Cases and maintain their status real time in the Test Management tool (ALM);
• Analyze testing execution results and open defects (if case);
• Support business to open defects;
• Create and maintain Test Plan and Test Report documents for each project;
• Monitor activities and progress and produce regular reports;
• Propose ideas for testing processes optimization;
• Manage defects detected by testing team or end users;
• Validate agreed entry and exit criteria and recommend next steps to project team;
• Perform coaching for new Testing Analysts;
• Escalate to Testing Lead / Project Manager any issue that can impact project timeline;
• Test Coordinator for testing activities during UAT, providing support for end users.

Key Competencies

• +2 years testing experience in banking or similar areas;
• Presentation and reporting skills;
