Responsibilities:
• Monitor and manage shipments until completion while keeping customers appraised to the export/import/and domestic details of transactions using online systems.
• Coordinate shipments with international logistics agents, airlines, and various teams within the company.
• Communicate with carriers and origin and destination location international agents regarding shipment status, special handling, and delivery processes.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation.
• Work in collaboration with other departments within the company, both in EMEA and among the company’s international branches.
• Create route solutions for our customers.
Qualifications:
• Fluent in English; professional working proficiency speaking and writing.
• Logistics/Airfreight knowledge required.
• Ability to travel independently to the office in Bucharest.
• Available to work any shift which includes weekends and holidays as needed.
• Must have excellent customer service skills with the ability to build great working relationships.
• Must have strong organizational and time management skills.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Service oriented, team player, intelligent, and willing to go the extra mile.
• Able to work well within a team.
