As a Trade Activation Executive, you will turn commercial plans into strong in-market execution, helping shape the customer journey and drive business results across your territory.Impact You'll OwnTake full ownership of your allocated territory and consistently deliver commercial priorities across retail channels.Strengthen brand visibility, customer satisfaction and sales performance through disciplined execution and continuous improvement.Build trusted retailer partnerships that support adoption of dedicated PMI platforms, programs and ways of working.Improve execution quality by using field insights, performance indicators and competitor information to recommend practical actions.What You'll DoPlan, execute and evaluate commercial activities for smoke-free and conventional products across your allocated territory.Implement actions that improve Philip Morris brand performance and customer satisfaction.Build relationships with General Trade and Key Account representatives and support their continuous education through dedicated PMI programs.Execute field activities against the route plan and align territory priorities with national commercial objectives.Monitor Merchandising service providers and recommend performance improvements.Collect, consolidate and share relevant business, market and competitor information internally.Skills & CapabilitiesMust-havesUniversity degree, ideally in Commerce, Marketing or Economics.Category B driving license, held for at least one year.Very good spoken and written English.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Strong achievement orientation and ownership mindset.Partnership-building and clear communication skills.Ability to learn quickly and develop new capabilities.Nice-to-havePrevious sales experience in the fast-moving consumer goods industry.Rewards & BenefitsMeal vouchers: 40 RON per working day.Medical subscription.Holiday vouchers: 3,450 RON per year.Easter and Christmas vouchers: 1,600 RON.Access to online training and language-learning platforms.Equal Opportunities StatementWe believe that diverse perspectives and experiences make us stronger.
