Responsibilities

• Partner with local distributors and field sales teams to strengthen trade marketing and sales execution across Germany and Spain
• Plan and coordinate trade initiatives and cycle plans, ensuring timely implementation and achievement of market-level KPIs
• Conduct regular market visits and ride-alongs to assess in-store execution, distribution quality, and promotional effectiveness
• Identify execution gaps and provide actionable recommendations to partner sales teams
• Track sell-in / sell-out data and key trade KPIs to generate insights and structured performance reports for HQ
• Support partners with ROI-based prioritization of trade activities and investment allocation
• Consolidate field findings, photos, and observations into clear and structured reporting
• Monitor competitor activity, pricing dynamics, and promotional trends across both markets
• Facilitate sharing of best practices between markets to drive execution consistency
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and business development teams to support commercial performance

Candidate Profile

• Advanced German language skills (mandatory)
• Previous experience in trade marketing, sales operations, or commercial execution
• Strong analytical abilities and comfort working with performance data
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities
• Availability for periodic travel to Germany and Spain
• Proactive mindset and strong attention to detail
