The Job:
As a Trade Marketing Manager you’ll get to:
- Develop and implement marketing, product, and channel strategies to maximize the DEWALT brand’s potential.
- Plan and execute both long-term and short-term promotional strategies.
- Coordinate marketing activities in line with brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Create and launch promotional actions to support sales across multiple distribution channels.
- Manage the launch process for new products, including positioning, channel readiness, and in-store execution.
- Plan and carry out promotional campaigns with key retail and distribution partners.
- Initiate and implement new promotions, product concepts, and display materials.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.
- Monitor the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and optimize future campaigns based on data and results.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, product management, and supply chain teams to ensure integrated execution of trade marketing initiatives.
The Person:

- Experience in trade or channel marketing, preferably within matrix organizations (sales/marketing roles).
- Higher education in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales Management, or a related field.
- Fluency in English and at least one Balkan West language.
- Strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills, with proficiency in MS Office (advanced Excel); familiarity with Salesforce and SAP is an advantage.
- Proven ability to successfully launch products, manage pricing, and execute promotional campaigns, with readiness to travel within the region as needed.
