Scope of work:

This role is responsible for implementing and monitoring trade marketing activities for our brands. The specialist will ensure excellent in-market execution of the annual plan, supporting the Trade Marketing Manager in achieving long-term sales and profitability goals.

Responsibilities:

• Implement trade marketing activities in line with the annual strategy for each brand and sales channel.
• Develop, produce, and ensure the timely delivery of all necessary campaign materials (POSM) at the required quality standards.
• Coordinate directly with external agencies (e.g., production, sampling) and supervise the quality of their output.
• Supervise the implementation of activities in the market, conducting regular store visits to ensure standards are met.
• Support new product launches by preparing communication and sales materials.
• Monitor competitor trade marketing activities at the point of sale (POS) and prepare regular analysis reports.
• Prepare performance evaluations for each trade marketing campaign and recommend corrective actions if needed.
• Handle administrative tasks, including managing invoices, preparing budget reports, and processing orders and contracts according to company policies.
• Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure successful implementation of all plans.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor's degree, ideally in Marketing or Business.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar position (trade marketing, marketing, or sales), preferably in an international FMCG company.
• Excellent knowledge of English (written & verbal).
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Excellent communication skills, team spirit, and a constructive mindset.
• Highly organized person, able to handle multiple tasks while respecting deadlines and procedures.
• Proactive, hands-on attitude with great attention to detail.
• Driving license (B category) is a plus.
