As a Procurement Trainee, you will:

Learn intensively about Michelin, our products and way of doing things;

Work together with our colleagues and your mentor, until you gain independence for your own projects;

Put that knowledge into practice, in real business scenarios:

• Pass the orders in conformity with sourcing plans (electronic catalogs in priority), or by punctual delegation
• Follow-up the delivery of the goods in accordance with process and Michelin Purchasing Principles
• Identify non quality and send claim to the supplier
• Send purchasing requests overcoming authorized amount to the buyer
• Monitor the orders, from request (in relation with sourcing plan) to delivery plans.
• Send any necessary information to the suppliers (e.g. requestor, delivery address, packaging).
• Follow-up the metrics (value creation)
• Archive administrative documents.
