Key Responsibilities
Training & Education
 Conduct product and technical training sessions for internal teams and professional partners.
 Create educational materials, sales tools, presentations, and brand guidelines for the field force.
 Evaluate the execution of training activities and provide coaching for improved performance.
 Organize workshops, webinars, masterclasses, and one-on-one visits tailored to client needs.
 Maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, coordinating speaking engagements and expert forums.
Marketing & Business Support
 Support the development and implementation of marketing campaigns in alignment with brand strategy.
 Prepare product and promotional materials (brochures, visuals, catalogues)
 Analyze market trends and competitor activity, identifying growth opportunities.
 Monitor campaign performance, KPIs, ROI, and sales impact, providing reports and insight.
 Ensure on-field alignment with commercial priorities and support the sales team in adopting marketing tools.
 Coordinate relationships with key partners to ensure business objectives are met.
