Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced and motivated Transfer Pricing Manager (m/f/d) to join our Global Tax organization and support the implementation, governance, and execution of transfer pricing processes across the Group.In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating operational transfer pricing activities, ensuring compliance with transfer pricing policies, supporting documentation requirements, and driving standardization and automation of transfer pricing processes in close collaboration with Finance, Accounting, Business, and Tax teams worldwide.Your Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and further develop the Group-wide Transfer Pricing Transaction Matrix and ensure transparency of intercompany transaction flowsMonitor the consistent application of transfer pricing policies and methodologies across Group entitiesCoordinate recurring transfer pricing calculations and year-end adjustment processesSupport local Finance, Accounting and Tax teams in the execution and booking of transfer pricing adjustmentsManage and coordinate the annual Local File and Master File documentation process across all jurisdictionsCollect, validate and consolidate transfer pricing related information from Group entitiesCoordinate data collection and preparation activities for Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR) and related compliance requirementsMonitor operational transfer pricing KPIs and profitability indicators across Group companiesSupport tax audits by providing transfer pricing documentation, analyses and supporting informationDrive efficiency, standardization and automation initiatives within transfer pricing processesDevelop process documentation, guidelines and training materials for stakeholders across the organizationCollaborate closely with Group Tax Advisory experts on transfer pricing policy implementation and governance mattersSupport special projects, reorganizations, acquisitions and business transformation initiatives from an operational transfer pricing perspectiveQualificationsThe ideal candidate (m/f/d) will possess the following qualifications:Professional QualificationsUniversity degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Law or a comparable fieldSeveral years of professional experience in transfer pricing, international taxation, finance, controlling or accountingExperience gained in a multinational corporation, shared service environment, tax advisory firm or accounting firmGood understanding of OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and international transfer pricing principlesExperience with transfer pricing documentation requirements (Master File, Local File, CbCR)Familiarity with intercompany accounting processes and ERP systems (SAP experience is advantageous)Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPointPersonal CompetenciesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsStructured and detail-oriented working styleAbility to manage multiple stakeholders across different countries and functionsStrong communication and coordination skills in an international environmentProactive mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement and process optimizationHigh degree of ownership, accountability and reliabilityTeam player with the ability to work independently in a dynamic environmentAdditional InformationWhat we offer:The 13-th salary – Paid once a year, in December;Meal tickets - With a value of 40 Ron;Private Health Insurance – Health is the most important, so we offer you a medical subscription through Signal Iduna;Referral bonuses - We encourage colleagues to refer new candidates to us and, at the same time, to get the chance to receive a bonus;Bookster – Feed your body and your mind.
