A Snapshot of Your DayWe are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Coordinator for Transfer Pricing to join our team. The ideal candidate shall actively drive the implementing of a close cooperation between all involved stakeholders in the field of transfer pricing and will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining transfer pricing policies and procedures. This role requires a deep understanding of transfer pricing principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.How You'll Make an Impact:Support Corporate Tax departments and Finance Management with the implementation and compliance of the Siemens Energy Transfer Pricing policy. Drive alignment with Corporate Tax Department to clarify country or process specific questions.Implement a close collaboration between all involved stakeholders to gather relevant data and information for transfer pricing purposes. Ensure availability of support upon request and coordinate know-how exchange.Secure transfer pricing documentation as per internal procedures and drive digitalization opportunities to streamline this process. Manage contracts and agreements regarding transfer pricing.Prepare documentation and support clarifications for tax audits in close cooperation with Corporate Tax Department.Conduct international transfer pricing projects.What You BringUniversity degree in the field of Business Administration, Economics, Finance / Accounting / Tax or similar, combined with professional working experience. A Master’s degree or professional certification is a plus.Minimum experience of 3-5 years in the field of transfer pricing and tax consulting for international projects.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in customer relationships and change management.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
