YOUR responsibilities as a Transformation Project Manager will include (but not limited to)

• Lead cross-functional collaboration across Supply Chain, Finance, IT, HR, Legal, Procurement, and other key business functions to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
• Serve as the primary point of coordination for senior stakeholders, including global project teams and local leadership teams.
• Operate effectively in a complex, dynamic, and fast-paced environment, driving informed decision-making and effective stakeholder management.
• Define, manage, and execute the overall project roadmap, integration strategy, and implementation plan.
• Coordinate and oversee multiple workstreams, including Operations, IT, Finance, DBS, HR, and other business functions.
• Ensure business continuity and operational stability throughout all project and transition phases.
• Monitor project progress against key milestones, proactively identify risks, and implement mitigation actions to maintain delivery timelines.
• Establish and facilitate governance structures, decision-making forums, status reporting, and stakeholder communications.
• Track and analyze operational and financial performance throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and drive initiatives that deliver efficiencies and sustainable business benefits.
• Support organizational change management initiatives, ensuring effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and adoption across impacted teams.
  

About You
We are looking for a Transformation Project Manager with the following profile

• 5+ years of experience in project management, consulting, transformation, or operations
• You communicate confidently in English
• Proven success in managing complex transformation projects within international and cross-functional environments
• Experience working with senior stakeholders; FMCG or supply chain experience is a plus
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, risk management, performance tracking, and change management skills
• Ability to prioritize, make decisions, and drive results in complex and fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication, negotiation, networking, and influencing capabilities across all organizational levels
