Prior experience in Customer Service or Sales;
Prior experience working with multiple remote teams;
Proficient English language skills;
Proven communication, organizational and time management skills;
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel);
Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes;
Possess problem solving skills;
Flexibility and ability to adapt to different working environments;
Excellent communication skills;
Excellent attention to details;
Excellent writing and presentation skills;
General Experience with CAT tools – especially MemoQ (Training on specific CAT tools will be provided if necessary);
Game Industry experience or knowledge is a plus;
Passion and knowledge of games is a plus;
Translation / Interpreting Degree at BA or Masters level (or similar qualification) is a plus.
