Requirements:

• Analytical thinking, ability to interpret data to improve results
• Calm, polite and solution-oriented attitude when dealing with drivers, clients, and subcontractors
• Excellent communication, planning and organizational skills
• Team-player, able to work at a sustained pace
• Advanced PC skills, Excel: medium/advanced

Nice to have:

• University degree completed or in progress
• Experience in road transport or dispatching

Main Responsibilities:

• Receive and schedule transport orders in the dedicated application
• Group orders efficiently by area/truck to ensure on-time delivery and cost control
• Monitor orders until delivery and validate for invoicing
• Maintain relationships with transport suppliers and internal drivers
• Identify and negotiate rates with new transport partners
• Enter all operational data in the system and analyze fleet costs
• Manage fleet documentation and update information in the system

Main Objectives:

• Optimize transport costs through new subcontractors and rate negotiation
• Full and accurate fleet cost analysis, monthly reporting to the Operations Manager, and improvement actions
