About the role
Our Romanian operations are expanding rapidly, and we’re looking for a motivated Logistics Coordinator to join our growing logistics team. In this role, you will play a key part in optimizing transport processes, coordinating shipments, and ensuring smooth cooperation with our partners, customs agencies, and internal departments.
What you’ll do
- Manage and improve transport processes, including the pick-up of containers from the port, preparation of delivery plans, and optimization of inbound, outbound, and storage processes.
- Monitor demurrage and detention costs.
- Organize export deliveries – book domestic transports, control shipments, and ensure timely execution.
- Collaborate with customs agencies to coordinate customs clearance, prepare required documentation, and answer inquiries from customs offices.
- Work closely with the Tech Department to support digital solutions in transport operations.
- Control incoming costs – manage cost control and invoice flows from carriers.
What we’re looking for
- Education in Transport (experience in a similar role is an advantage).
- Strong skills in Excel (including pivot tables).
- Knowledge of transport processes.
- Good command of English.
- Knowledge of the Romanian market.
