🌍 What You'll Do

• Manage and qualify incoming leads generated through the company's marketing channels

• Understand clients' travel preferences and identify the most suitable travel solutions

• Present holiday packages and tailor-made travel experiences from the agency's portfolio

• Prepare customized offers for individual vacations, exotic destinations, and personalized trips

• Follow up on proposals and maintain communication with prospective clients throughout the sales process

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, preferences, and sales opportunities

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless booking, payment, and travel arrangements

• Provide clients with all necessary travel information before departure, including documentation and travel requirements

• Offer support and assistance to travelers whenever needed during their journeys

• Collect feedback after travel and identify future travel opportunities

• Build long-term customer relationships and contribute to client loyalty and retention

• Represent the brand through professionalism, attention to detail, empathy, and a customer-first mindset

✅ What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in tourism, travel sales, hospitality, customer service, or consultative sales

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• A customer-centric approach and passion for delivering outstanding service

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously

• Good level of English
