About the Role

We're looking for a Travel Consultant to join our team and support the planning and delivery of premium travel experiences for our clients, as well as assistance with corporate and luxury events. This is a great opportunity for a travel professional with a genuine passion for travel, sharp communication skills, and the drive to grow within the corporate and premium travel space.

What You'll Do

• Assist in planning and coordinating premium & corporate travel arrangements (business/first class flights, four- and five-star accommodation, private transfers, executive-level service)
• Provide support in the planning and on-site coordination of corporate and luxury events (conferences, incentive trips, corporate celebrations, private events)
• Liaise with premium suppliers (airlines, hotel groups, corporate car services, DMCs) to secure and confirm arrangements that meet corporate clients' standards
• Support senior consultants in managing requests from executive and high-priority corporate travelers, often under tight timelines and high expectations for precision and discretion
• Respond promptly and professionally to client requests, including outside standard business hours when needed
• Research destinations, suppliers, and travel trends to bring fresh ideas and options to corporate client proposals
• Prepare itineraries, travel documents, and client-facing materials to a polished, professional standard
• Handle last-minute changes, special requests, and on-the-ground issues with composure and attention to detail
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, corporate travel policies, and traveler preferences to enable a consistent, personalized service over time

What We're Looking For

• Fluent in at least one foreign language in addition to English (two or more are a strong plus)
• Perfect command of Romanian, especially in writing
• Proficiency in the reservation and booking systems we use (Amadeus, Q, BB, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of finance for invoicing and collection tracking
• Flexible and willing to be available outside standard hours when client needs require it (occasional round-the-clock responsiveness)
• A genuine passion for travel — someone who travels for pleasure and has real curiosity about destinations and experiences, not just industry knowledge
• Basic knowledge of the tourism industry is preferred, but not mandatory
• Strong general knowledge and culture, with a real appetite for continuous learning
• Clear, coherent, and confident communicator, both written and verbal
• Proactive, hands-on attitude — willing to get involved in every project, big or small
• Meticulous attention to detail and a strong sense of discretion when handling corporate and executive clients

Nice to Have

• Previous work experience in travel, corporate travel management, or hospitality
• Personal travel experience across multiple destinations
• Familiarity with corporate travel policies, premium airline/hotel loyalty programs, or business travel management tools
