We are looking for Travel Customer Support Agents to join our adventurous project, one of the top players in the travel industry.
What you will do in this role
As a Travel Customer Support on our team, you will:

  • Provide solutions to clients’ issues in order to deliver excellent customer experience
  • Offer customer service by providing information about travel aspects (flight cancellation, booking tickets, refunds, discounts, destinations, etc)
  • Manage multichannel interactions (voice, chat, email) to ensure a consistent customer experience
