The company's solutions, products, and services are actively used by the top 100 Pharma and Life Science companies.At Viseven, our rapidly growing team boasts over 700 highly skilled professionals, including experts in development, design, business analysis, project management, delivery, sales, marketing, and customer success.With a global footprint in more than 30 countries across the US, LATAM, Europe, and APAC, and physical offices in Ukraine, Poland, Estonia, India, and the US, we are well-positioned to serve our diverse clientele.Join us and become part of a pioneering team dedicated to shaping the future of digital transformation in Pharma and Life Sciences across more than 50 countries around the globe.Responsibilities:Create responsive/adaptive UI/UX solutions based on user, business, and technical needs, including designs, mockups, and interactive prototypesApply user-centered design methods and use available research and feedback to inform and validate design solutionsContribute to the design system for existing and upcoming functionality; maintain its components, patterns, and documentationPrepare implementation-ready designs and specifications and support developer handoffReview implemented features against approved designs; identify discrepancies, usability issues, and improvementsCollaborate with designers, BAs, product managers, developers, QAs, and technical writers; communicate progress, risks, and dependenciesPresent design solutions and rationale to internal stakeholders; incorporate feedback and iterateRequirements:At least 3 years of relevant product/UI/UX design experience and a portfolio of digital product workStrong practical knowledge of UI, visual, UX, and interaction design, including user flows, wireframing, responsive/adaptive UI, with attention to detail and consistencyProficiency in Figma, including components, variables, prototyping, and developer handoffFamiliarity with AI-assisted design workflows and the ability to critically evaluate outputsExperience with advanced prototyping, motion design, or relevant Adobe Creative Cloud applications is a plusWorking knowledge of design systems, WCAG 2.2 accessibility, Apple Human Interface Guidelines, and Material Design 3Knowledge of user-centered design methods and ability to use research, analytics, feedback, and usability testing to validate decisionsUnderstanding of product/software development processes, Agile practices, and basic front-end constraintsAbility to learn quickly, work independently within the assigned scope, collaborate effectively, and clearly explain design decisionsUpper-Intermediate English or higherWhat we provide:We know our team members are key to achieving our goals, so we value and empower them to share their vision.
