Role Overview

As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for shaping user journeys, designing clean and modern interfaces, and collaborating closely with product managers and developers to bring features to life. You should be comfortable taking ownership of tasks from research to final design handoff.

Responsibilities

  •  Conduct user research and turn insights into actionable design decisions

  •  Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs

  •  Create and maintain design systems and components

  •  Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PM, developers, marketing)

  •  Iterate based on feedback and usability testing

  •  Ensure consistency, accessibility, and best UX practices across all product surfaces

Requirements

  •  3+ years of experience in UI/UX design (adjustable)

  •  Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking and polished UI work

  •  Proficiency in Figma (or Sketch, XD)

  •  Understanding of responsive design and mobile-first principles

  •  Experience with design systems and component-based workflows

  •  Ability to communicate design decisions clearly

  •  Bonus: illustration, motion design, or front-end knowledge

We work in a hybrid setup: 3 days together at our Cluj office, 2 days from home.
