For one of our clients, we are looking for a User Access Management (UAM) Consultant with strong experience in SAP IT Access Management - SAP IT Access Management experience is mandatory.The role focuses on managing and improving user access processes, access profiles, and identity-related controls across SAP, cloud, and enterprise IT environments.Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end UAM processes, including Joiner, Mover, Leaver, access requests, changes, and deprovisioning.Support SAP IT Access Management activities and access governance.Define and manage appropriate access levels and profiles, with a focus on PAM-oriented access rather than traditional roles and authorizations.Support access management across SAP RISE, hyperscalers, and Active Directory environments.Collaborate with IT, security, application owners, HR, and business stakeholders on access-related requirements and issues.Support access reviews, compliance activities, audits, and remediation of access-related issues.Identify opportunities to improve and automate UAM processes.Work with tools such as Jira, LeanIX, UAM platforms, and other IT management tools.Maintain process documentation and contribute to continuous improvement of IAM/UAM practices.Requirements:Mandatory: Hands-on experience with SAP IT Access Management.Previous experience working with SAP environments.Strong knowledge of User Access Management processes, including Joiner, Mover, and Leaver.Experience with access levels and profiles, preferably from a PAM perspective.Knowledge of one or more hyperscalers: AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.Experience with Active Directory.Knowledge or experience with SAP RISE.Tool-driven mindset with experience using Jira, LeanIX, UAM tools, or similar platforms.Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work effectively with both technical and business teams.Fluent English, written and spoken.For more information – please apply for this job.Cavendish (Recruitment) Professionals Ltd are proud to be an equal opportunity employer and we believe that inclusivity begins with the candidate experience.
