UX/UI (Flip Team) 

We're looking for a UX/UI Designer with strong online shop experience who can design and optimize the website experience based on user behavior and data. You will work closely with product, marketing, and development to improve usability, conversion, and overall customer experience.

What you'll have to do:

• Desgn user-centered interfaces and flows for an online shop (desktop & mobile);
• Create wireframes, UI designs, and interactive prototypes in Figma;
  
• Identify UX and CRO improvement opportunities;
• Iterate on UX/UI improvements by launching changes, tracking performance (conversion, user behavior, drop-off), and refining designs based on results;
  
• Use data-driven insights (analytics, heatmaps, funnels) to support design decisions;
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs;
• Contribute to UI consistency and design system evolution;
• Design UX-friendly solutions that support business and conversion goals;
• Collaborate with Product Managers to define problems, success metrics, and experiment hypotheses.

What makes you a good fit:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in online shop / e-shop UX/UI design;
  
  • Website optimization and/or full e-shop design.
• Advanced knowledge of Figma, used for UI design and product-ready interactive prototyping;
  
• Basic experience working with data-driven decisions;
  
• Solid understanding of UX optimization & CRO principles;
  
• Portfolio required, focused on:
  
  • Online shop / e-shop projects;
  • UX/UI optimization, redesigns, or end-to-end shop design.
