• Conduct test programmes as directed and in accordance with supplied specifications.
• Record results of tests and report findings and status.
• Support root cause analysis where applicable.
• Plan work load and test equipment capacity.
• Conduct routine maintenance on test and other equipment.
• Maintain the record retention system in line with company procedures.
• Ensure the laboratory is maintained to a satisfactory level of housekeeping.
• Lead or support development of new test methods where needed for new products or requirements.
• EHS&Quality: Ensures that all specific issues regarding EHS and quality are implemented and observed in accordance with OHSAS 18001 and IATF 16949.

• Engineering Education / Degree
• Experience in an engineering environment
• Experience of Product and/or Material Testing ( Automotive Testing preferred)
• Sound working knowledge of electrical and electronic systems
• Microsoft Office
• Ability to deal with customers
• English Verbal and written communication skills
