Your primary responsibilities include vehicle preparation for customer delivery and active collaboration with your team to identify continuous improvement opportunities within our vehicle readiness processes. This entails comprehensive preparation of customer vehicles, vehicle cleaning, and ensuring the readiness of new customer delivery vehicles.

Support: Clean service, loaner, and gallery vehicles in compliance with company standards Customer Service: Operate steamers, hoses, vacuums, and other equipment  Effectively prioritize tasks and manage time to meet deadlines  Manage business need: Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to meet business needs
