Natural Intelligence, a global leader in performance marketing, is looking for a talented & motivated Motion Designer / Video Editor to join our Growth Department on our mission to simplify decision-making for millions of users worldwide.

This is a hybrid B2B contractor position based at our Bucharest, Romania office. If you love editing high-impact videos and bringing creative ideas to life, this is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact.

What You'll Do

As a Motion Designer / Video Editor, you'll create high-impact short-form video content for leading digital brands, combining creativity, AI-powered workflows, and performance-driven thinking to engage millions of users across social media platforms.

Responsibilities

● Edit short-form videos (UGC & Commercial) for different verticals across channels.

● Integrate AI into end-to-end creative workflows, using strong creative judgment to transform AI-generated outputs into polished, performance-ready marketing assets.

● Optimize video content for different platforms - Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

● Source music and sound effects from a subscription library.

● Collaborate with the team on concept developments and scripts.

● Perform the full range of editing work, including splicing, sound balancing, color correction, and

color grading.

● Analyze the results of videos on various platforms and improve them based on this data.

Requirements:

● Deep understanding & experience with AE, PS, AI & PR.

AE - After Effects

PS - Photoshop

PR - Premiere Pro

AI - Illustrator

● Outstanding showreel.

● Experience in creating videos for social media such as Facebook and TikTok.

● Ability to work in a large team.

● English proficiency in speaking and writing.

● Experience with node-based AI workflow tools (e.g., ComfyUI, Weave, Freepik) and the ability to design, optimize, and troubleshoot AI pipelines - a big plus.

● Experience working on UGC videos - a big plus.

● Experience in working with 3D software such as Maya or 3DS Max - a big plus.
