Requirements

We are looking for dynamic individuals with the following qualifications and skills:
Several years of experience as an independent Visual Merchandising Manager in the fashion industry or a similar position.
Proven track record in team management.
Highly developed interpersonal and analytical skills.
Excellent organizational abilities and confident decision-making.
Proficiency in design with relevant skills and experience.
Demonstrated successes in implementing innovative VM ideas that boosted sales.
A genuine passion for fashion and a desire to share knowledge with others.
Proficiency in Romanian and English (at a communicative level).

Responsibilities

As the Visual Merchandising Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing our VM team and ensuring the store's impeccable appearance. Your responsibilities will include:
Showcasing a commercial and visually alluring store ambiance, from captivating windows to thoughtfully curated interior displays that leave a lasting impression on customers.
Collaborating closely with the team to strategically organize displays, optimizing product placement and flow to elevate customer satisfaction and engagement.
Introducing innovative solutions for product displays, ensuring merchandise is presented in a way that maximizes sales and drives customer interest.
Conducting in-depth analysis of VM standards' impact on sales parameters, using data-driven insights to refine and improve strategies.
Providing comprehensive training to the VM team, empowering them to maintain impeccable product presentation and creating captivating visual displays.
Staying ahead of the curve by monitoring and incorporating current VM trends and conducting regular competitor analysis for continuous improvement.
