We are looking for a Junior Voice Core Delivery Manager to join our telecommunications delivery team and support the successful execution of network change and transformation projects within a live operational environme

nt.In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering network change activities while ensuring minimal service disruption and maintaining high standards of quality, governance, and operational excellence. You will collaborate closely with project teams, technical specialists, suppliers, and key stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of network changes and project deliverabl

Key Responsibili

• tiesPlan, coordinate, and schedule network change events in collaboration with Project Managers and technical stakehold
• ers.Create and maintain accurate Change Requests (CRQs) and implementation documentation in line with established change management proces
• ses.Develop detailed implementation plans and ensure compliance with operational and governance requireme
• nts.Coordinate internal and external resources required to successfully execute change activit
• ies.Lead and oversee network change events, ensuring effective execution and adherence to approved pl
• ans.Conduct impact assessments, risk analysis, and collision management for planned network chan
• ges.Monitor and manage incidents, issues, and escalations throughout the implementation lifecy
• cle.Maintain project trackers and provide accurate reporting on project progress, risks, dependencies, and outco
