• Coordinate daily warehouse activities by assigning tasks and monitoring teams performance.
• Actively support cross-docking operations, including handling, sorting, labeling, loading and unloading, scanning, goods reception, and dispatch.
• Verify the consistency between received goods and transport documentation and report any discrepancies.
• Update and maintain operational data in the TMS and other working applications and prepare operational required reports.
• Ensures compliance with health and safety regulations as well as internal procedures
• Analyze workflows and suggest improvements to increase operational efficiency
• Maintain clear and effective communication between the warehouse team and other departments
