What should you have?
- Previous experience in coordinating a team of at least 50–100 employees;
- Experience in the Courier/Logistics field (considered an advantage);
- Excel/Management/Leadership certifications (considered an advantage);
- Results-oriented mindset and adaptability within a work environment where changes and new projects occur frequently;
- Good communication skills, flexibility, and a proactive attitude;
- Good coordination and teamwork skills;
- English language skills – intermediate level;
- PC and MS Office skills – intermediate level;
- Completed higher education studies or currently in the process of completion;
- Category B driving license.
What should you do?
- Supervise the entire warehouse, organize activities specific to parcel processing, and ensure compliance with work procedures;
- Coordinate and manage all pre- and post-processing operations: unloading, volume allocation, consolidation, loading, and storage;
- Prepare activity reports and develop periodic and annual budgets/analyses;
- Monitor and recommend actions related to the improvement of operational processes;
- Monitor HUB activities and ensure compliance with operational workflows;
- Be responsible for serving internal and external customers, maintaining a friendly and professional attitude;
- Monitor work efficiency and verify the accuracy of timesheets for the team under your supervision;
- Perform other tasks assigned by the direct manager, whether written or verbal, depending on the situations encountered.

Shift work schedule:
- 8 hours/day + 1 hour break.
