About the Role

As a Warehouse Team Leader Inbound, you will coordinate daily warehouse activities, ensure smooth inbound and outbound flows, and lead operational teams with clarity and focus.

You will be a key contributor in maintaining productivity, safety, and compliance, while fostering a collaborative and high‑performing team culture.

Your ability to organize, communicate, and make quick, accurate decisions will be essential for success in this role.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO AS A WAREHOUSE TEAM LEADER INBOUND?

• Coordinate daily warehouse operations (inbound/outbound)

• Organize, plan, and prioritize work activities for operational teams

• Supervise forklift & picking teams, ensuring accurate task execution

• Monitor loading/unloading processes and ensure correct stock handling

• Support goods reception and prepare discrepancy reports

• Oversee proper storage of goods according to procedures

• Prepare and validate orders in line with client protocols

• Support and participate in inventory activities

• Generate operational reports and analyze performance indicators

• Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager and replace them when needed

• Participate in the implementation of new systems, processes, and tools

• Resolve operational issues and support continuous improvement

• Monitor staff attendance and prepare timesheets

• Run weekly team meetings and contribute to team development

• Propose rewards/penalties and participate in performance evaluations

• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, safety rules, and ISCIR regulations

• Maintain confidentiality and proper use of equipment and work tools

WHAT DO YOU BRING AS A WAREHOUSE TEAM LEADER INBOUND?

• 2–3 years of experience in logistics or warehouse coordination

• Experience leading and organizing operational teams

• Knowledge of WMS systems (AX Dynamics, IFS—an advantage)

• Familiarity with warehouse equipment (Reach Truck, VNA, pallet trucks, etc.)

• Understanding of labor legislation and ISCIR requirements

• Intermediate–advanced Microsoft Excel skills

• Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail

• Ability to work in shifts

• Good knowledge of English
