An exciting opportunity has arisen for Warehouse Team Leader to join our Lantmännen Unibake team at our bakery in Pantelimon, Ilfov.
In this role, you will coordinate the warehouse operations on your shift, ensuring that orders are selected, packaged, loaded, and dispatched safely, timely, and efficiently, and you will perform proper records in our ERP.
This Is What You Will Do

• Management of stocks – inputs & outputs the products that are the object of the Company's activity, including the realization and communication of relevant reports In charge with inventory, both qualitatively and quantitatively for all the company products, including the participation of periodic inventories
• Responsible to check the correct preparation of the goods for delivery, according to the documents and internal procedures.
• Prepares and checks documents for loading, delivery, and shipment of goods.
• Integration, testing and implementation of new processes and/or new suppliers.
• Packaging management
• Transport planning (volumes to be transferred/received, scheduling of unloading/loading of orders/packaging)
• Coordination / communication of operations with external warehouses
• Responsible for the logistical organization of the storage space
• Maintains daily objectives and ensures work goals are met in a timely and effective manner.
• Ensures relevant quality and EHS standards.
• Coordinate the warehouse’s operators allocated on his shift and assigns work.
• Contribute to the development of the warehouse operators’ staff in a way that provides them the competencies needed.
  

Skills & Requirements
This is what you need to succeed:

• University Degree ( preferably)
• At least 3 years previous experience in a similar role, within a FMCG company, preferably food industry
• Fluent in Romanian
• Good level of English
• Good knowledge in common IT tools.
• Knowledge of an ERP system for stock management (Microsoft Dynamics AX knowledge would be an advantage)
• Availability to work in shifts
