We are looking for a detail‑oriented and analytical Warranty Analyst to join our After‑Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing warranty claims, validating operations and parts requested by the service network, and ensuring that all warranty policies and customer rights are respected.
This position is ideal for someone with experience in the automotive sector—service reception, insurance claims, technical support, or mechanical diagnostics—who is comfortable interpreting technical documentation and making objective decisions.
🎯 Role Overview
As a Warranty Analyst, you will evaluate warranty requests submitted by the service network, verify the accuracy of operation coding, and determine whether the claimed repairs comply with OEM standards. You will communicate the technical or procedural reasons for approving or rejecting claims related to major components such as engines, gearboxes, and other mechanical systems.
You will work closely with service partners, technical teams, and financial departments to ensure a transparent, efficient, and compliant warranty process.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
Warranty Claim Analysis
- Evaluate warranty claims submitted by the service network and ensure compliance with OEM warranty policies.
- Provide clear technical explanations when a part or operation is not validated (e.g., engine, gearbox, mechanical components).
- Review operation codes and identify recurring coding errors or inconsistencies.
Decision & Validation
- Approve or reject repair cost reimbursement requests based on technical documentation and internal guidelines.
- Analyze invoices received from the Renault network and determine if they meet criteria for payment approval.
Process Improvement
- Monitor patterns of incorrect operation coding and propose corrective actions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance process quality, accuracy, and efficiency.
Support & Communication
- Ensure customer warranty rights are protected according to manufacturer standards.
- Provide guidance to service centers on proper claim submission and documentation procedures.
- Maintain professional communication with workshops regarding claim outcomes and justifications.
