As a Web Content & Campaign Operations Specialist, you will play a central role in transforming commercial and marketing requirements into accurate, functional, and high-performing digital executions.
You will collaborate closely with digital, marketing, eCommerce, and operational teams to implement landing pages, campaign elements, and promotional content across various websites and digital ecosystems. This role is hands‑on, execution‑focused, and requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work within structured processes.
You will be responsible for:
- Building and configuring landing pages and commercial hubs based on detailed briefs.
- Implementing modules such as banners, text blocks, USPs, CTAs, product carousels, and category blocks.
- Updating promotional assets across homepage, header, PDP, PLP and ensuring accurate visibility.
- Executing promotional updates aligned with communication calendars and business priorities.
- Setting up dynamic components like countdown timers and promotional messages.
- Performing QA checks before and after go‑lives to ensure flawless execution.
- Supporting A/B test implementation and applying SEO meshing updates as needed.
- Managing content assets with strong discipline regarding naming, versioning, and organization.
- Working within internal tools and CMS platforms (e.g., Contentful, OPSU, Kobi, Locus or equivalents) to translate briefs into digital output.
- Monitoring performance of implemented campaigns and consolidating results for reporting.
YOUR PROFILE
- Experience working with CMS platforms (Contentful or similar headless CMS preferred).
- Understanding of eCommerce page structures (PDP, PLP, homepage) and digital operations.
- Experience implementing online campaigns, promotional content, and modular web components.
- Strong operational discipline, attention to detail, and structured working style.
- Ability to translate business/commercial requirements into clear digital executions.
- Comfortable working with deadlines, frequent updates, and multiple stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of SEO (linking, meshing, content structure).
- Familiarity with A/B testing implementation is an advantage.
