We are seeking a skilled Web Developer to maintain, support, and enhance our existing websites and custom-built CMS platform. In this role, you will ensure our sites remain stable, high performing, secure, and up to date, while also contributing to the development of new features and improvements within our proprietary CMS.

You will be involved in the full lifecycle of website maintenance and development - from troubleshooting and resolving issues on current sites to designing and implementing new functionality that elevates user experience, streamlines content management, and strengthens overall platform capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance our custom-built CMS platform, including the backend (PHP/Laravel) and frontend (Angular).
• Develop new features and functionality for the proprietary CMS (both backend and frontend).
• Work effectively within a Scrum environment, participating in sprint planning, reviews, and daily stand-ups.
• Collaborate with internal teams — including QA, designers, product managers, and marketing — to understand requirements and deliver high‑quality solutions.
• Ensure the ongoing maintenance, expansion, scalability, and performance of our websites and CMS ecosystem.
• Working schedule is hybrid (3 days from the office) distributed as follows: Monday-Friday, 09:00-18:00.

Requirements

• Solid knowledge with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and AJAX – must.
• Understanding of SEO principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design. – must.
• Solid knowledge of Angular – advantage.
• Solid knowledge of PHP – must.
• Experience working with Laravel framework – big advantage.
• Experience working with relational databases, especially MySQL – advantage.
• Familiarity with Document oriented databases (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB) – advantage.
• Practical experience using AI tools in development (e.g., code generation, quality checks, debugging, refactoring).
• Familiarity with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda) – advantage.
• Familiarity with DevOps knowledge (CI/CD pipelines, GitLab CI/GitHub Actions, automation) – advantage.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes or other container orchestration systems– advantage.
• Self-motivated with strong self-learning ability.
• Able to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
• Responsible and accountable for delivering high-quality work.
• Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
• Adaptable and quick to learn new technologies.
• Good communications skills in English - reading, and writing.
