We’re a B-Corp certified full-service marketing agency based in Vancouver, Canada. Our team creates high-performing digital experiences for clients across North America, specializing in PPC, SEO, branding, and full-scale web design and development.
We’re currently looking for a highly skilled and reliable Web Developer who can manage end-to-end website builds across Webflow and Shopify, collaborating closely with our creative and marketing teams to deliver seamless, responsive, and visually compelling websites.
Role Overview
As a Web Developer, you’ll be responsible for handling complete website projects — from design handoff to development, optimization, and final deployment. You’ll work with our designers, project managers, and marketing specialists to bring creative concepts to life while ensuring each site meets best practices in performance, responsiveness, and user experience.
This is a full-time remote position ideal for a self-sufficient developer who thrives in a creative, fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating with an international team.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain websites in Webflow and Shopify.
• Convert approved designs and wireframes into responsive, high-quality web pages.
• Manage full project lifecycle — setup, build, QA, revisions, and deployment.
• Implement best practices in performance optimization, accessibility, and SEO-friendly development.
• Collaborate with designers and project managers to ensure design accuracy and brand consistency.
• Integrate apps, custom code, and third-party plugins as needed.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Provide feedback and technical input during project planning and client reviews.
  

Ideal Profile
Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in Webflow and Shopify development (portfolio required).
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid templating.
• Experience working with CMS collections, product feeds, and dynamic content.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to clean, maintainable code.
• Excellent communication skills and accountability for deadlines.
  

Bonus Skills

• Familiarity with Figma or Zeplin for design handoffs.
• Experience integrating Shopify apps or API-based solutions.
• Basic understanding of SEO, analytics, and performance tracking.
• Experience with version control (Git or similar).
