🚛 We’re Hiring: International Transport Dispatcher (Intermodal) – Bucharest

D’Agostino , an established international freight transport company operating between Italy and Northern Europe, is looking for an International Transport Dispatcher to join our team in Bucharest.

The main purpose of this role is to act as the link between the Transport Planner and the drivers, ensuring clear and efficient communication of operational instructions.

📍 Location

BOC Tower – George Constantinescu Street, Bucharest

Hybrid work model available (combination of on-site and home office)

🔎 Key Responsibilities

• Communicate transport instructions received from the Planner directly to drivers
• Ensure drivers clearly understand routes, schedules, and operational requirements
• Monitor and verify drivers’ daily activities
• Collect Proof of Delivery documents (CMR) and archive them digitally
• Track completed transports and kilometers driven by each driver
• Prepare daily operational reports

✅ Requirements

• English – mandatory
• Romanian
• Russian – mandatory

• Previous experience in a freight transport/logistics company is an advantage
• Availability to work flexible shifts
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment
