At NI GOSMIT, we’re looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst – SAP to join an international Agile team and contribute to the analysis, design and delivery of business solutions in complex SAP environments.

This opportunity is ideally suited to professionals open to a B2B collaboration, including contractor or self-employed arrangements. However, this is not a mandatory requirement, and candidates interested in a standard employment contract are also encouraged to apply.

We’re looking for someone who has:

✔️ 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a similar SAP-related role

✔️ Good understanding of SAP business processes, especially SD, MM and FI/CO

✔️ Experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis and documentation

✔️ Experience writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria and supporting UAT

✔️ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

✔️ Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban)

✔️ Jira and Confluence experience

✔️ Analytical mindset with the ability to bridge business and technical teams

Nice to have:

* SAP S/4HANA

* SAP Fiori

* SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)

* SAP integrations, APIs or middleware solutions

* Basic knowledge of SAP transaction analysis or ABAP debugging

* Experience in implementation or transformation projects
