IT Business Analyst – SAP | Product IT At NI GOSMIT, we are looking for a mid-level IT Business Analyst with SAP experience to join an international Product IT team and contribute to the analysis, support and continuous improvement of business solutions in an SAP S/4HANA Cloud environment.What you'll doWork closely with business and IT stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into functional solutions.Support SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and Order-to-Cash processes in an S/4HANA Cloud environment.Analyze business requirements, incidents and process gaps and support their resolution.Create and refine user stories, acceptance criteria and backlog items in Jira.Support SAP configuration and functional solution design.Plan and execute functional testing and UAT, including test cases and defect follow-up.Provide application support and investigate production issues together with business and technical teams.Contribute to releases, rollouts, documentation and continuous process improvement.Take ownership of assigned topics and help coordinate activities across business, developers and other IT stakeholders.What we're looking forMid-level experience as an IT Business Analyst / SAP Functional Consultant.Good knowledge of SAP SD and Order-to-Cash business processes.Hands-on exposure to SAP S/4HANA Cloud environments.Experience with Jira and Agile ways of working.Experience with functional testing and UAT.Previous experience in application support / incident management.Good analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to understand business needs and translate them into IT requirements.Ownership and coordination/lead skills – comfortable driving topics, following up actions and working with multiple stakeholders.Strong communication skills and English proficiency.Willingness to learn, adapt and grow within a complex international SAP environment.Nice to haveExperience with Solution Order Management, Subscription Billing, Revenue Recognition/URR, SAP Finance or integration topics would be an advantage, but is not mandatory.
