Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
aEURc Proven experience in system administration with a focus on Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and PKI.
aEURc Hands-on experience with Microsoft SCCM and SCOM.
aEURc Strong understanding of Windows Server environments.
aEURc Knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements.
aEURc Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
aEURc Strong communication and documentation abilities.
aEURc Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications
aEURc Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCSA, MCSE, or equivalent).
aEURc Experience with hybrid Active Directory environments (on-premises and Azure AD).
aEURc Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation.
aEURc Exposure to ITIL practices and change management processes.
Responsibilities
aEURc Administer and maintain Active Directory infrastructure, including user and group management, GPOs, and domain services.
aEURc Manage DNS and DHCP services to ensure reliable name resolution and IP address management.
aEURc Implement and maintain Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) for secure communications and authentication.
aEURc Deploy and manage software packages, updates, and operating system images using SCCM.
aEURc Monitor system health and performance using SCOM and respond to alerts and incidents.
aEURc Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices for directory and infrastructure services.
aEURc Maintain documentation for configurations, procedures, and system changes.
aEURc Collaborate with other IT teams to support infrastructure projects and service improvements.
