Create and configure complex calculated fields to translate intricate business logic into reliable, scalable data outputs. Enhance specialized Workday tools, such as the Manager Insights Hub and Career Hub, to deliver a highly customized experience for stakeholders. Troubleshoot and optimize report performance, resolving data gaps and validating accuracy during system updates and data transfers. Apply strict security domains, data privacy controls, and sharing restrictions to safeguard confidential workforce information.Essential Skills & Experience Three or more years of hands-on experience developing and maintaining complex solutions in Workday Reporting. Deep proficiency with Workday Prism Analytics, Report Writer, business objects, data sources, and reporting architecture. Proven capability creating advanced calculated fields and executing multi-layered data analysis. Strong foundational knowledge of HRIS and HCM business processes. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Analytics, or a related quantitative field.Bonus Points For Experience working directly within a specialized People Analytics or HR technology environment. Hands-on exposure to advanced BI and data visualization tools such as Domo or Tableau.
