Qualifications
 

• 
  
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Education, Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics), Educational Sciences, or a related field.
  
• Interest in technical education and vocational training
  
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage logistics, materials, and schedules.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, trainers, and school partners.
  
• Technical aptitude or hands-on experience in mechanical, electrical, or mechatronic workshops (a plus).
  
• Confident in using tools like MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with learning platforms or project management tools is a bonus.
  
• Passionate about education, student support, and practical learning.
  
• Proactive, dependable, and capable of working both independently and in a team.
  
• Open to learning and contributing new ideas to improve program delivery

What You'll Do

Practice & Internship Organization

• 
  
• Build strong connections with partner schools - you're the go-to person for smooth collaboration
  
• Help align school curricula with the actual technical activities
  
• Assist with purchasing tools, equipment, and materials
  
• Prepare training materials and workshop kits for students
  
• Support drafting contracts for internships, collaborations, and scholarships
  

Supporting Student Activities

• 
  
• Help organize and deliver technical workshops: mechanical, electrical, mechatronic, and more
  
• Support students during hands-on practice and guide their learning
  
• Track attendance and ensure day-to-day logistics are handled
  
• Create or assist with technical worksheets, tests, and exercises
  
• Manage the administrative details of student groups
  

Tracking Student Progress

• 
  
• Help organize evaluations and provide feedback
  
• Collect and archive assessment results from trainers and mentors
  
• Support students in completing practice logs, technical sheets, and learning materials
  

Contributing to Program Development

• 
  
• Share ideas to expand the variety of technical activities offered
  
• Help design new learning opportunities that enhance the program
