Job Description

We are looking for a part-time (4 hours/day) student to join the team in Timișoara location. Here is what your responsibilities will be:

• Support ongoing legal research on data protection laws, guidelines, and recent court or authority rulings, ensuring our work remains up to date and compliant.
• Assist with the drafting and updating of Privacy Policies and other data protection–related legal documents.
• Provide operational support in data breach documentation and notification processes, helping ensure timely and accurate responses.
• Help with the review of contracts and legal documents in order to verify compliance with applicable data protection regulations.
• Contribute to the preparation of training materials for internal and external data protection workshops.
• Support the organization and management of case files and documentation, improving efficiency and accessibility.
• Assist with the translation of legal and compliance documents related to data protection from and into English, facilitating communication with international stakeholders.
  

Qualifications

• Education: Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program in law, with a strong academic focus on data protection, privacy law, or related fields.
• Language Skills: Proficient in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to translate and draft legal documents in English.
• Strong communication and analytical abilities for contract review and compliance.
• Result-oriented with attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Adaptable, with experience in legal research, document preparation, and teamwork.
