As a Working Student in our Organization & Workforce Transformation team, you will support us in shaping the future of our procurement organization. Your contributions will support our global transformation projects, focusing on enhancing, enabling, and supporting our global function.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Support our WalkMe implementation by developing impactful digital adoption content that fuels the success of our Procurement digitalization journey Support talent development for global transformation projects to accelerate the successful adoption of new skills and competencies Develop your own ideas and actively participate, , in organizing workshops or creating training courses. Create, manage, and design internal SharePoint websites to enhance data transparency and provide materials for important presentations

What You Bring

Current studies (Bachelor’s/Master’s/Diploma) with a focus on business administration, information technology, or human or social sciences Interest in cultural change, employee development, and transformation, along with an affinity for digital technologies Strong ability to collaborate effectively and build relationships across multiple functions and locations in a multicultural environment Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and PowerPoint) Interest in developing digital skills (Power BI, Alteryx, WalkMe) Creative mindset, ownership and engaging stakeholder communication to spark ideas, drive alignment, and elevate project impact Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written); German is a plus Facilitation and moderation skills, along with experience in workshop and training design, are a plus
