How You'll Make an Impact

• Coordinate and follow up on project activities, ensuring seamless execution.
• Consolidate data to create compelling project slide deck presentations.
• Organize and set up meetings and workshops, fostering collaboration.
• Engage with project team members, vendors, and stakeholders to drive project success.
• Assist in estimating budgets and scheduling projects, contributing to strategic planning.

What You Bring

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
• Advanced English proficiency and cross-cultural awareness.
• Availability to work full-time.
• Availability to travel up to 10% of the time, both domestically and internationally.
