About the role

Imagine building the personal brand of some of the most influential tech and AI founders while working alongside a team of ambitious hard workers with great upside and growth opportunities.

Unfungible builds founder-led marketing for funded AI, crypto, and tech founders. We're scaling our YouTube output, for our own channel and for the founders we work with, and we need a long-form editor who can own the timeline.

Growth opportunities

Strong performance opens the door to a full-time Creative Director role at a US-level salary within 6 to 12 months.

What you'll do

• Edit long-form YouTube videos from raw footage, pacing, story, cutting dead air, punch-ins, b-roll, captions, sound design, and light motion graphics.
• Build retention: strong hooks, clean transitions, and a rhythm that keeps people watching.
• Work from loose direction and own the quality bar yourself, we want an editor, not a button-pusher who needs frame-by-frame instructions.
• Occasionally cut short-form clips from long-form footage.

What success looks like

Within a couple of months you're the person we trust to hand a raw file and get back something we'd publish with minimal notes. Watch time and audience retention on the videos you cut go up.

How to apply:
