Manage full accounting and controlling for a group company.

• Book supplier invoices (manual)
• Send supplier invoices for approval and check postings
• Reconcile customer and supplier balances
• Record assets, investments, depreciation, and amortization
• Handle banking transactions in the TM5 (Coupa) system
• Process timely tax payments, custom duties and wages/fringe benefits
• Check billing, issue credit notes, and send payment reminders to customers
• Manage foreign exchange conversions with treasury
• Perform month-end closing in accounting and controlling
• Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, yearly, and ad-hoc reports
• Send accounting data to the Central Statistical Office
• Tasks relating to the annual financial statements, provide data to auditors, report-relevant information, communication
• Administrative and accounting processing of the annual inventory
• Compilation, preparation, filing and publication of reports (annual balance sheet)

Tax-related tasks:

• Support tax calculations, salary advance payments, and obligations
• Maintain tax records and reconcile tax accounts
